Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay?

Anyone tried this and what are your thoughts on it? I got it for Christmas and have sensitive skin so I’m nervous, but I hear a lot of hype for it. Also, apple cider vinegar or water?

Update: I used it with ACV like everyone said, and I love it. I didn’t find it drying at all and used it before taking a shower and washed it off in the shower, then followed my normal routine which is cetaphil face cleanser and followed it up with Paula’s choice black head remover and my usual moisturizer. I feel like my skin is just as soft as usual, and most of my black heads seem to either be significantly smaller or gone. My pores also seem smaller too which I’m happy about. It also didn’t irritate my skin or leave any redness like the container said it might.

When I had more oily skin with a lot of acne I found it helpful. Also it has to be ACV. The clay is really basic and if it’s mixed with water it’s far too alkaline for your face and it will irritate it. When you mix with ACV the acid and alkaline neutralise each other to get a mask with a ph perfect for your skin.

I think it has a smoother consistency with apple cider vinegar. It’s great for the fifty shades oil cleansing method to shrink pores temporarily or remove blackheads and sebaceous filaments.

If your skin is sensitive I would use a small amount on a small part of your face, some people find this clay mask drying

It is nice at first and you might see some results too , but this clay mask destroyed my skin . I wanted to get smaller nose pores and this fucked my nose and made it beyond repair . If i had a time machine i would have just went to the dermotogist , be careful

If you have sensitive skin mix it with water not the ACV. and maybe leave it on for shorter the first time. But my friend uses it with major redness and it looks crazy when she takes it off. Her skin gets all red. But once the redness goes down her skin looks great. I say it’s worth trying.

It’s probably too harsh for her skin because she uses water. The clay is basic. This means when it mixed with water the mixture has a high ph, much too high for the skin which is around 4. That irritates the skin a lot. When mixed with ACV the acid and base neutralise each other with the resulting mixture being slightly acidic with a ph of around 4, just right for the skin.
