I have tried all kinds of antiperspirants, including prescription-strength ones, but nothing seems to work. I constantly have sweat dripping down my arms. Right now, I am using Mitchum gel, which is slightly better than other options, but still not effective enough. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Even prescription antiperspirants don’t work for everyone. Have you tried talking to a dermatologist? They can assess your situation and recommend stronger options, like special wipes or even in-office treatments. In the meantime, check out some other users’ experiences with Mitchum gel online - maybe they have hacks or application tips that might help
I’ve noticed that antiperspirants just make me sweat more, so I ditched them. They also wreck my clothes, which is a pain. Now, I stick to using just deodorant. Also, caffeine can amp up your sweat, so if you drink it, cutting back could really help.
- Try clinical strength deodorants: Certain Dri, Drysol, and Maxim (use cautiously; they can irritate).
- Talk to a dermatologist: Explore stronger prescriptions or treatments.
- Sweat-wicking clothes: Merino wool or synthetics are your friends.
