Has anyone in this forum tried Essential Skin Food? I’ve been considering incorporating it into my skincare routine, but I’d love to hear firsthand experiences before making a decision. Could you share how long you’ve been using it and what specific benefits or changes you’ve noticed in your skin? I’m particularly interested in its effectiveness for sensitive skin types, if anyone has insights on that!
Initially, I was quite skeptical about the product, especially after seeing those infomercials that seemed too good to be true. seeking the same thing. I purchased it from their website and had a subscription, but I stopped taking it regularly in the morning. Now, I’m attempting to determine if it still has the same beneficial effect that I believe I saw in the first two to three months, or if it was just a placebo or something else entirely. I also replied to another Reddit topic that I came upon. Furthermore, the serving size of this is so small in comparison to the standard 20g scoop serving size of collagen peptides that you wind up paying much more for much less proline, lysine, and arginine.
It caused me to somewhat lose my regard for her.
