[MISC] Tool advice for blackhead extraction?

Finding a useful tool that removes blackheads efficiently without needlessly harming the surrounding skin tissue has never been easy for me.

Has anyone come across a tool type or brand that they think is particularly well-designed? While I’ve heard about skin spatulas, I know very nothing about them.

I’m specifically searching for a suitable instrument to help target SFs, sometimes known as “blackheads,” in the nose’s indentations.

Have you thought about using retinol or another exfoliant to address the issue over time? I haven’t found an extraction tool that can effectively achieve what you want without potentially causing long-term damage. If wrapping each index finger in tissue and gently extracting it doesn’t work, other methods are likely to cause damage. I do have a tool that I use occasionally, but I try to minimize its use to avoid any potential harm.

I’ve been using a loop-shaped extractor for my nose, and it’s both gentle and effective, particularly after a hot shower. The key is to apply it with a light touch and avoid squeezing too hard.

I’ve heard positive reviews about electric blackhead removers. They apply less pressure on the skin, but I’m not sure how effective they are on stubborn blackheads, especially those on the nose.
