My am pm routine for my dry sensitive red skin

All of this and no sun cream

It’s in their routine comment but not the pic!! Yay for spf!!!

Haha yeah it’s weird but I don’t consider it part of skincare my brain is like totally separate I even keep them in totally different rooms idk

…putting this much stuff on every day might be making your skin red and dry instead of helping

I suffer from dry skin and that Vani cream with the pump is a lifesaver!

We kinda have the same PM routine except I only use SA cleanser, hyaluronic, and moisturizer.

It’s great! I used to use Cerave in the tub which is also good but I find this just a little more Hydrating. Sometimes I do my activities once or twice a week and slug for heavy hydration

PM Routine:

  1. Cleanser:
  • CeraVe SA Cleanser
Use in the evening to gently exfoliate and smooth your skin. If you find it too much for daily use, alternate it with the La Roche-Posay Hydrating Cleanser.

  1. Niacinamide & Azelaic Acid:

  • Paula’s Choice 10% Azelaic Acid Booster
Use this to reduce redness, calm irritation, and even out skin tone.
  1. vanicream
  • extremely thick highly hydrating.

That niacinamide percentage is way too high for sensitive skin. It’s making your skin more dry and irritated. Trust me, I have rosacea, I’ve made the same mistake. Also, and this is my personal opinion, I don’t like hyaluronic acid serums for the simple fact that most moisturizers and serums already have not only hyaluronic acid but also glycerine and other hydrating ingredients. You don’t need a serum with just HA. I would trade it for a milky toner, those are super hydrating and calming.
