I can’t take it anymore. Day: foam cleanser, SPF. Night: foam cleaner, (sometimes salicylic acid), moisturizer

What kinds of cleanser are you using? Might need something gentler, and cleansing the face 2x per day may be too frequent. I’ve seen positive results from using a retinol treatment at night. It increases cell turnover, helping clear the face of dead skin that can clog the pores, and also evens texture, and thickens the skin over time. Just need to make sure you are wearing some kind of mineral-based SPF during the day, as UV makes the treatment unstable.

Aside from mild acne, your skin looks healthy.

I would try to add active ingredients to your routine on a consistent basis. Have you tried benzoyl peroxide or adapalene? Those are easy otc products your can try out for acne.
