I’ve been considering using Differin Gel for my skincare routine to treat acne and improve skin texture. Before I make a decision, I’d like to hear your experiences and reviews with Differin Gel:
Effectiveness: Did it help clear your acne? How long did it take to see results?
Side Effects: Did you experience any dryness, redness, or other side effects?
Usage Tips: Any tips on how to incorporate Differin Gel into a skincare routine?
Overall Experience: Would you recommend Differin Gel?
Looking forward to your insights and personal experiences…Thanks in advance.
Differin Gel greatly reduced my acne and improved my skin texture, with apparent benefits after 4 to 6 weeks of constant use. Initially, I experienced some dryness and redness, as is usual when starting a retinoid. However, these negative effects faded within a few weeks as my skin settled in.
I had a similar experience. Differin Gel worked well for my acne, but I did experience some dryness and peeling in the beginning. My dermatologist advised applying a moisturizer afterward, which really helped. It took about 2 months to see the full effects, but I’d recommend it for sure.
Hey! I’ve been through the EXACT same situation as you! Started with little to no pimple and went to use differin only to purge and break out for more than 3 months. I believed in what I saw on the internet “it’ll get worse before it gets better” it wasn’t getting any better. I completely stopped using differin because I had cluster of acne on my cheeks and chin.
1 year later, I am left with those acne scars and I’m still trying to treat my scars and hyperpigmentation
To get noticeable benefits, I was told to utilize it for a full year. It made my skin very dry and hurt a lot throughout the first week. I persisted because I had been informed that this was a typical response to using Differin Adapalene Gel for the first time.
