I started using tretinoin a few weeks ago for my acne, and I’ve noticed that I get tension headaches almost immediately after applying it. I’ve been searching online and found some case studies and personal stories from others who have experienced the same thing, but it doesn’t seem to be a well-known side effect. Has anyone else here had this issue? If so, how did you manage it? I’m considering stopping the treatment if the headaches persist, but I’d like to hear from others first.
