Which mild retinol serum would be the best?

Recently, my doctor advised me to obtain a mild serum for my acne scars. However, since I currently take 10 mg of Iso-tret, I need to be careful not to dry up my skin. Although my skin is typically oily, after using iso-tret, it’s now more normal.

For my tanning, I’ll be combining it with a glycerin cream, lmk.

Personally, I apply the retinol skin-renewing micro-dose serum from Kiehl’s. In terms of retinol concentration, it is in the lower end.
